After 15 years of my professional experience in occupational health psychology, I’ve decided to create Bound!
At Bound we believe we are at a crucial moment to find better and new solutions to create healthy organisations and healthy workplaces. And, the truth is, we want to be part of the revolution.
Some still assume that people need to adapt to current solutions, practices or programs in order to be healthy and productive in organisations. But most of the interventions available are mainly focused on remediate solutions. They are not focused on building healthy organisations from within and with people.
The solution relies not on just helping the ones that are not healthy or at least not entirely feeling healthy but implies to go beyond a perspective of individual occupational health and truly create collaborative organisational health.
We, as individuals, are greatly affected by the design of the organisation.
It’s processes, practices, values and principles, whether explicit or implicit.
And we are finding that the current design is clearly becoming obsolete and unhealthy.
At Bound, we aim to co-create the leap to find a new organisational health model, that both combines multi-level health risk factors analysis and a continuous collaborative feedback loop with all stakeholders.
Bound stands for building a true culture of health in organisations, by believing that good business and social impact are achieved by people and for people.
Bound stands for a preventing approach above all remediate or symbolic health interventions.
Bound stands for the real transformation how people work towards a more digital, engaging and crafted work setting.
Bound stands for continuously measuring key health performance indicators in order to inspire people-centric change and not opinion-lead or trendy interventions or programs.
So, welcome to Bound!
Let’s make the leap together, shall we?
