Intensive and certified course in Psychological First Aid at Work
A practical training, based on scientific evidence and WHO methodologies, that empowers strategic employees to act ethically, safely, and compassionately in critical situations.
With a focus on methodological rigor, recognized certification, and pedagogical excellence, we ensure consistent and scalable knowledge transfer, promoting real transformation from the inside out.

Professionals with a strategic role in teams or organizational culture:
• Leaders and managers
• Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety teams
• Wellbeing and Wellness Ambassadors
• Psychosocial support technicians and support areas
Ideal for those working on the frontline of organizational health and wellbeing who want to strengthen the internal emotional support system.

Programme Methodology
Training based on international guidelines and best practices from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Hobfoll crisis intervention model.
The learning experience is practical and experiential, focusing on application:
• Simulations and role-playing of critical situations
• Real case studies
• Self-regulation techniques (grounding, breathing, muscle relaxation)
• Group reflection on ethical dilemmas and boundaries of the First Aider role
• Includes access to supplementary materials, a practical guide, and the possibility of post-training follow-up with specialists.

Programme Objectives:
• Empower participants to recognize signs of psychological distress at work
• Respond safely, empathetically, and ethically to critical situations
• Promote appropriate referrals and strengthen a culture of support
• Apply brief emotional management techniques in crisis moments
• Encourage self-care and healthy boundary-setting in the First Aider role

Programme Content
The course runs over 6 hours (in-person) and includes:
• Reflection on the main risks to mental health at work
• WHO action principles (prepare, look, listen, and connect)
• Hobfoll crisis intervention model
• Clear definition of the First Aider’s limits and responsibilities
• Practical training of immediate emotional support techniques
• Self-care and emotional management for the First Aider themselves
Deliverable: Quick Reference Guide for practical daily use.

Certification:
• Certificate: “First Aider in Workplace”
• Requirements: 90% attendance, active participation in simulations, and passing the final exercise
