​​​​The Boundmakers Campus is a learning space designed for professionals seeking rigor, depth, and strategic application.
By enrolling, I declare that I have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the Boundmakers Campus
The Boundmakers Campus offers specialized training programs in the field of organisational health.
The programmess combine scientific knowledge, practical experience, and critical reflection, with a strong focus on transfer to real work contexts.
2. Registration and Access
Registration is considered valid upon submission of the registration form and confirmation of payment.
Access to programmes and content is individual, personal, and non-transferable.
Bound reserves the right to suspend or cancel access in cases of misuse of content or participation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participation Commitment
Campus programmes require:
active and responsible engagement;
prior preparation, where applicable;
respect for trainers and fellow participants.
The Boundmakers Campus is not intended for passive content consumption, but rather for a practice-oriented learning process.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations communicated at least 5 business days prior to the programme start date are eligible for a full refund.
After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
Whenever possible, registration may be transferred to a future edition of the same programme.
The delivery of each programme is subject to a minimum number of participants. Bound reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a program if the minimum number is not met, informing participants in a timely manner. In such cases, participants may choose a full refund or transfer their registration to a future edition of the same programme.
Bound shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellation of programmes resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or governmental restrictions.
In such circumstances, Bound will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the programme or offer alternative solutions.
5. Programme Changes
Bound reserves the right to make minor adjustments to dates, trainers, or programme structure whenever necessary to ensure pedagogical quality and coherence of the learning experience.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, and learning resources provided within the Boundmakers Campus are the intellectual property of Bound.
Recording, reproduction, sharing, or use of the content for external, training, or commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written authorization.
7. Confidentiality and Learning Environment
The Boundmakers Campus promotes a learning environment based on trust, respect, and psychological safety.
Any information shared within the programmes, including professional or organizational experiences, must be treated as confidential.
Bound reserves the right to intervene whenever these principles are not respected.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Boundmakers Campus programmes are educational and professional in nature.
They do not replace individual psychological or clinical support.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for administrative, pedagogical, and communication purposes related to the Boundmakers Campus, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Acceptance
By selecting the option “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions,” the participant fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
